:( I have a sad little face and a happy little face :) because

I went to the New Zealand Vintage History Exhibition opening mentioned in an earlier post and it was not what I had expected.

It was in fact a book opening for a book called The Dress Circle, and it was actually really lovely to go. I still took photos for this blog and to show what I wore for the event.

I have also since that time been given the book itself from my mother for Christmas! Hurrah! Now I will be looking at labels wherever I go in hopes of finding a Babs Radon 60's Dress or a Bobby Angus 1940s Gown

Oh yay! I am going to an exhibition of New Zealand fashion at our lovely Museum Te Papa, It is on thursday the 25th November and should be brilliant!

It will have fashion from the 1940's onwards, woot!


I will make sure to post heaps of photos!

YAY! Finally

Finally the photos of me on halloween have turned up! They were all taken on my friends camera and before she had the chance to upload them her parents took the camera to the South Island.

Happy Halloween to you all! I was arriving home from a costume party and it was such a calm evening I decided to take a creepy photo, Thanks to my mother who owns that rabbit fur coat I'm wearing, anytime there was a cold breeze it kept out the cold!

Yay! I finally wore something worthy of an outfit post! Unfortunately my camera is not as good as I would like BUT its a start! usually with these things you put up what you're wearing eh?

Oh also Here is what I have in my hair, its great becuse it can be worn as a brooch, a topper or a replacement for a flower hair accessory. I got it from Trademe

Today I started taking random self shots whilst lying on the floor, and trying new things with my second hand Canon camera. Its quite fun!
